I've had the service since the 90s. I like the idea of safe drinking water and the softness of the water for bathing.
Being older I like to convenance of renting our RO unit. Not only do we have good drinking water but when it is time to replace the filters, I do not have to locate someone to do it. We call and their friendly serviceman comes and does it for us.
Grateful to have Culligan whole home filtering system. Wonderful service to deliver annual salt.
My water made my skin very dry and itchy before Culligan installed the water softener. I can tell the difference in my skin and hair....much softer. The service rep that installed the equipment was very courteous, respected my home and explained everything to me. The Salesman that came out in the beginning was very nice, informative, and walked me thru the choices of products and what would be best for me and my home.

Water always good, had bad water from previous vendor.
I just got a Culligan HE water softener. I have been communicating with the service representatives who answered all my questions. Once I decided to go forward, the installation went very smoothly. The installers and two service reps were on time and one service rep helped me move things in my garage for the piping to be installed and then helped me put it all back once the install was completed. I’ve had the unit for a week and they came out today to review the system and to tesI the water. I don’t have any more chlorine and I have soft water starting to flow through. I feel taken care of if I need anything or have questions. I highly recommend Culligan.
Water is great, the delivery service is wonderful. Delivery person is always polite and friendly. When we call the the main office in Joplin they are always very polite and helpful. The only thing I can say that they could improve on is the fact that we had an extremely old cooler that we rented. They kept raising the rental amount, but never offered to replace the extremely old cooler or asked if it was still working ok. We did replace the cooler with our own.
Reasonable pricing and I especially enjoy that the company refills the salt and provides maintenance.
I get a reminder when the service tech is scheduled and he in turn calls me when he is nearby.
Also…when I have had maintenance issues they were prompt in assisting me.
