The second guy repaired the unit and explained it well. The first guy said more needed to be done, but no one called us to set up the repair. When I called the next week, they set up the repair for the following Tuesday and the repair was done well and they followed up calling to see what went wrong the first time. They made it right and that's something not all companies do. Well, done.
