The water is soft and smooth, enjoy water but the container the rock salt is in, isn't worth nothing. People with disabilities can not get the fullness out the water system because the rock salt is turn into hard rocks because the sun hits the cheap container and the salt don't drop down for using it. This company need to consider these disabilities and senior citizens who can't break the rock salt

We were extremely pleased with the gentleman that came to our home & tested our water and talked to us about your products. He told us that our water softener was working fine and the only thing that he would offer us at the moment was a whole house water filter if we wanted spring water in all our faucets. So we decided to buy one. The young man that came to install it was very friendly & professional. He even put salt in the water softener for me - which for someone who would have really struggled to do that - was GREATLY appreciated! I will definitely recommend Culliganš
