We love the convenience of having a water dispenser in our kitchen for our family and guests. In addition, the customer service is wonderful! My dad worked there in the 70's and 80's and Nancy, who he worked with back in the 80's, is still there. I love that! They are all very professional and helpful!

I really like my water softener. I have had one for about 13 years, 2 different houses, and enjoy all it has to offer. I have my unit serviced every year and Scott has been the one coming out to take care of my unit. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. The office is also very responsive to any questions.
We have a Culligan water softener and an RO system and have never had a problem with either of them. When we have the RO filters changed the representative is always prompt, explains everything being done and also checks the water softener. I also appreciate Culligan delivering salt for the softener.

The products have consistently kept our water soft and able to take on the water usage at various times of having all our grandkids here taking showers. The service has been quick and complete to eradicate problems and to explain what happened that cleared right after the serviceman left. Harper clearly knew what he was talking about and cleared up the issue.

Very reliable and professional. We order softener salt and 5g water bottles. There is no residue from minerals in the water. We had issues with residue (coffee pots, etc) from other dealers. Delivery is always on time.
