Prices and communication are excellent.
I have 2 tanks that are monitored, and one running the hot water heater that isn't. The unmonitored tank is on a refill schedule, and there have been no problems. The monitored tanks supply the furnace, and the only reason I didn't give them a 10 was that sometimes, they let those tanks get down to 8% in the dead of winter. Possibly, that happens because of shortages during cold snaps, and that's understandable, but it means that it's necessary for the client to check levels on his/her own and be prepared to call Osterman when levels are dropping below 20% to make sure they're aware. Osterman generally delivers within a day or two.
