We’re pleased with everyone we’ve met or talked to. Always helpful despite the big company takeover some years ago. The app however which used to be simple & useful is NOT useful with its last few updates. Up front I want to see how much propane is in our tank(s). And where to ask for a fill-up. And it should be easier to get the tanks topped off for people who live in problematical places.

Excellent service....I had a a leak on my tank and they responded immediately to make the repair within a couple of hours. Their technician "Camron" was very professional and knowledgeable on how to address and repair the leak.

The delivery was fine as always.You installed an oil burner and tank 8 years ago for us and the caulking around the chimney is gone. I am worried about the leakage of fumes in the basement and a general cleaning. I was informed you now have a service partner who will be in touch. So far nothing.
