Great service! Delivery is excellent and right as needed without my prompting. I don’t often need to call but when I do, I get a live local representative who answers my questions in an understandable manner. Very impressive!!! In the past my previous provider had calls served in India, Africa and Mexico as I always asked where they are… I could never get a solution but your company has been excellent 👏👏👏
They arrived on the set date and did all of the work needed and the tanks were filled a few days later . They are very reliable. At times it was hard to connect with my local dealer and I would get somebody in another state to help me --which they did ,but I would rather have gotten the local dealer

We have always had excellent delivery service and maintenance service from Rymes and have been customers for years. To be honest this last year there has been limited access to staff and services in our area. We are thinking of switching companies due to the difficulty in communication to our maintenance and repair needs.

Since switching to Champagne, I have never had to worry about calling for propane fill-ups. They just take care of it and make sure we have the fuel we need. Peace of mind!
