Your delivery service is awesome. Regardless of weather your propane delivery drivers are prompt and courteous. Also your per gallon price is very competitive and far, far, far less than Suburban Propane who in the 2022/2023 time frame were charging me over $5/gallon before I'd had enough and switched. The online service is so easy to use for ordering, making a payment after delivery, and keeping track of our fuel usage over time. I source my wood pellets (6 ton each year) from the Warners division in Vestal. They have a nice pre-buy that I take advantage of and whenever I go to pick each ton up they have me loaded up and ready to go in no time. The people at the counter, the office personnel, the portable propane tank refill pesonnel and the forklift drivers are all friendly and courteous. A BIG Thank you to all of the Warner Gas division personnel.
The folks at the Pioneer location far exceeded my expectations when I unexpectedly ran out of propane. I was expecting to have to wait a few days for delivery but Jessica helped schedule my delivery sooner-in 24 hrs! The tech and delivery driver were super helpful and got my family all hooked up with propane and made sure we didn’t have any leaks. THANK YOU so much to the Pioneer location!
