Timely and easy to order deliveries. I have been a customer for 22 years and have always found staff to be courteous and helpful if I have had questions. That holds true for Drivers as well. I recently had a Billing question which was handled by Billie. I am 84 years old; and she is one of the most pleasant and effective customer service personnel I have talked with. I definitely recommend Quarles Fuels.
Since I can't grade heating oil quality I have to go with employees and customer service and both get an A I have been completely happy and satisfied with the quality of service I have received.even when my Internet is acting up and my grumpy self has to call for an oil delivery those who answer the phone and are stuck dealing with me they are still so kind and patient.
