We have been customers of Kamps and Superior for 21 years and the only issue we have is will call waiting time! Waiting 10 to 14 days for propane when you are at 30% means having to lower thermostat when temperatures are very cold. Being a 74 year old man with lots of health problems makes it that more difficult to be comfortable in our home. Listening to my wife complain is also very difficult because basically we are held hostage. Prices are competitive, however, a more substantial discount for seniors would be appreciated.
Convenient, including the automatic payment ability, though it took some doing to get it started.

Auto delivery is wonderful. The drivers are very careful to ensure that the gate is closed and latched so my dogs cannot get out. I appreciate their care.

all service people are very good.I have only had 1 bad service person that was totally incompetent.Ipaid for his sevices and called for service again. This service man fixed instantly,replaced the igniter I think.The first person was talker who knew nothing

The remote meter monitoring and automatic refill scheduling is great. This delivery, our tank got below 20% and I had to email to get a delivery scheduled. It would be better if Superior could monitor the meter and when the tank gets below 30% schedule a delivery the coming month and notify by email so I don't have to check and worry. However, once the delivery was scheduled it happened like clockwork with no disruption to us or neighbors.
