Very good technicians - they have helped diagnose issues with our on demand water heater as well as making sure our furnace will work correctly though the year, not just doing maintenance for the short term.

Good product, took me a day to get into contact with you because the first time I called there were way too many phone promps. 2nd time I called seemed to be less and had no issues.

The staff are very friendly and easy to work with. They were prompt and did everything in a timely manner. Our technician Don was very nice and explained everything to us He did a great job and was a pleasure to have him working at our house.
Everyone we encountered was personable and professional. However, there seems to be a lot of issues on the administrative end where communicating directions to our house was a huge issue. One problem was the address. Our address is 261 Stack Rock Trail and NOT 176 Stack Rock Trail. Directions to the upper driveway didn't translate either, but working with the delivery truck driver that was sorted out and future deliveries should be straight forward. The invoice has Name removed and although he requested that both of us are on the account, my name is missing from the invoice I paid.

I feel the company is responsive to its clients. If I call for more oil, they comply within a short period of time. Just a reminder to check your fuel tank for the amount of oil you currently have.
The folks that bring the oil to the house are prompt and friendly.
I don't appreciate the additional fees above and beyond the oil charge, but do I have a choice.
I like not having to call for service they keep check on my tank and fill it when ever needed .
It's still way high for pricing. But every person I speak with who works there is always nice & professional.
