Speed and quality
Luis did a fantastic job on our tile floor as well as the grout. Also like the no chemical treatment on carpets which looked great afterwards. The guys were professional as well as friendly.

No unpleasant odor when the job has been completed. No residual chemicals remaining om the carpet.
Professional, courteous and knowledgeable. The technician did not try the hard sell for more work and dollars. In fact, he decided not to clean our couch that didn’t have a tag to explain the fabric cleaning method since even the dry cleaning alternative might not remove the accumulated dirt and he didn’t want to risk damaging my sofa.
I would recommend zerorez.

What we like best besides the quality of the cleaning is the techs are very professional, friendly and willing to answer any questions we had. Also, gave us advise on cleaning up spills when they happen.
Luis and his technicians are always wonderful! They do such a through cleaning job and make sure you are completely satisfied before leaving. Not only is the furniture clean but the enzyme cleaner they use eliminates any pet odors! I can not recommend them highly enough!!!

My carpets look and feel clean. The product does not contain harsh chemicals and leaves no odor. The service man arrived on time and it was affordable for a Senior like me. I will certainly use Zerorez again.

Proposal should more accurate.if one has to visit site to determine the measurements, so be it.
Any changes to the agreed proposal seems CHEATING. It's a harsh word. Shock is better to convey the message.

However, in certain situations there are additional costs, such as rooms over the allotted square footage or stain removal services. We in no way mean this to come across as cheating or as shocking to our clients and will do a better job to make sure these items are more clearly understood when booking. Our old carpets came clean except for a forgotten coffee stain and a worn down section in front of the rec room sofa. The work was done quickly and efficiently. It took longer to dry than expected.

I highly recommend Zerorez. They are professional, prompt, and creative in solving logistical challenges to cleaning unique spaces. (4 story townhouse). I am always pleased with their work and their honesty and integrity.
It was an ok service. The carpets were very wet - and the technician struggled a bit to get a very recent urine stain out. I also felt that the appointment was rushed, but that may have been due to the late arrival around 530 PM so I understand wanting to not be there long. I feel that many other carpet care providers would rake or agitate to carpet in order to restore fibers. I understand not using any harsh chemicals, but I don't really understand how alkaline water cleans the carpet and it seemed that the technician didn't really understand either. Would have rather had a chemical treatment more effectively remove stains with a company that agitates and rakes/restores fibers rather than just leaving them wet and eventually crusty. If you can agitate and rake fibers to better their appearance, that would have been great.
