First time I used Zerorez after listening to WMAL I was very impressed. Not this time. They arrived 2 hours early and we weren’t ready. I was going to move some light furniture out of rooms but couldn’t. I have the green light since there were two guys and figured they could move some of the light furniture especially since we paid a sizable amount for the cleaning—more than three times the “special” rate for three rooms and hallway we had 6 rooms and stairway. I didn’t push back figuring they would do a great job like last time. It was a nice job (the areas they did—since only smallest of chairs were moved. The stairs were only passable. I figured why they got here so early—they fly to get out of here. If they were actually cleaning the carpets for more than 1:20 minutes I would be surprised. I found out why the job was not up to prior service and only small chairs moved—the primary cleaner had a sprained hand and could not lift furniture or apply pressure to the cleaning rod.
Again, passable job bit not like last time. $440 for 1:10-1:20 minutes work while showing up two hours early. I should have had you folks come out three different time for a total of $375 and had you do 9 rooms and the hallway three times. Some accommodation needs to be made for next service.

Zerorez was amazing...our 15 yr old tile looks brand new again...the service was excellent from the beginning to the end....so happy we called Zerorez...thank you for providing a great product and outstanding customer service!!

The results of the upholstery cleaning were very disappointing. Your process had no effectiveness on the build-up of skin oils on the arms of the couches.

Efficient and quality service!
I endorse everything about Zerorez, particularly Luis Padilla, who is professional beyond measure. While I have been preparing my house to go on the market, I have thrown every kind of carpet challenge at him and he responds with superior products -- Zerorez' approach is the best -- and with excellent service in a very quick time frame. He has gone above and beyond in all regards. I have Luis and Zerorez on speed dial now!
Everything! We have used your services several times and have always been very happy and surprised at how well our carpets have turned out!
I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning--particularly the lack of chemical odor after the cleaning.
However, I did not feel that the tile and shower cleaning was satisfactory. It really didn't look any different/cleaner after the work was completed.
