Everything went fine. Your technicians were proficient, technically sound and friendly. The only problem I have is that after 24 hours our carpet in both areas cleaned is still wet. We have a cleaning company we've used for years prior to your. With their service carpets were dry within a few hours; this was also stated by one of your technicians, too. We may choose to go back to them if the carpets are still wet throughout tomorrow. Until further notice, your techs did a great job! The before and after pics were proof positive of the service. Please let us know if the carpets were not dry the next morning. We assure you this is much longer than the expected dry time of the carpets. Our standard dry time is only 4-8 hours, so to hear it has taken over 24 hours is definitely an uncommon occurrence. We will look into what could have happened that would have caused the water to be saturated enough to cause the carpets to remain damp for that period of time. Please know that this is not typical of our methods, processes, or training's, and should you go with us again this should never be an issue. Arrive notified me promptly that they were able to come earlier! Did a great job, and were in and out in hour!.....Carpets look great and whole house smells better than clean - no chemical or perfume smells!
Good job. Got some tough stains out. Looked so much better. Some areas took much longer to dry and had to put heaters near to ensure fully dry

Friendly, professional, courteous and top-notch service
I loves the precleaning step where they brushed the carpet. Even though I vacuumed prior to the visit, I was shocked by how much deep cat hair, people hair, whatever, was lifted.The cleaning process was as effective as could be expected after years of cat gack personally cleaned. My husband and I moved all furniture out of the way, so the process went quickly. It did take a full day to dry thoroughly but the result was worth a night of inconvenience. The guys were nice and professional.

This was our third cleaning by Zerorez! They are terrific! Our family fosters rescued dogs and accidents are bound to happen. The wonderful Zerorez techs work miracles! High quality technique performed by high quality techs! Highly recommended!
My main suggestion would be to allow/instruct your technichians to move items of furniture such as chairs, coffee tables, side tables, nightstands, etc. when they clean. Senior residents many times are not able to do this and, therefore get a spotty, incomplete cleaning job on area carpets and wall to wall carpets. This fact would disuade us from using your service again. My husband and I ended up moving items the two of us could lift, in order to get a more complete cleaning. Our wall to wall carpet is old and we plan to replace it, but in many instances, when the carpet dried, there were several areas that did not come clean - particularly in the Master Bedroom and upstairs hallway. Despite the fact that the two man crew completed their task before noon, it took a complete 24 hours to dry. I was also surprised by the fact that they cleaned the carpets, rugs and four 12 ft. runners, including set up, in 1 hr. and fifteen minutes from the time of their arrival at our home -- a three level 2100 sq. ft Townhouse. That is a record time, looking at our past experiences.
