John did a great job. We thought that he'd have to do a lot of work on the spots, but virtually every spot was gone after John was done just giving it the once-over with the steam solution. He was very courteous and went out of his way to do a good job. I was a little wary about the environmentally-friendly solution in that it would not be as effective as something with stronger chemicals. But, my fears were unjustified. No one e1lse could have done a better job...but its nice that the cleaning solution was gentle, too! I'll definitely use Zerorez again. (by the way, I heard about Zerorez on WMAL)

The staff member was very professional that came to my home, but nearly $200 to clean a basement floor is really too much to spend, especially when you advertise $59 for a room. I'm glad I tried you, but will probably simply go back to Stanley Steamer, which has a much better price and also cleans my carpet. Also, Stanley Steamer will go under a couch instead of around it.

I requested an early morning appointment and the technician was right on time, even calling me to say he was 10 minutes away. He was very professional. Used shoe covers when walking in my home. Explained the process and was very happy to answer my questions. I like the plastic corner covers to protect the walls. The carpets dried quickly and I like the fans.
He was done in 2 hours. My carpets look like new! I've already told 2 friends about this experience. Will use zerorez again.

Your technician, Ismael Melgar, was absolutely outstanding. He did the best and most thorough job that we have ever had done by any carpet cleaning company.

The person who came out explain what was going to happen and how. He also gave us ideas on the two stains we had on how to deal with them. They were unknown stains and could not be removed. We figured they would not. But our carpets are great now they look brand new!

Summit Environmental Solutions contacted this company when we needed to clean carpet on a clients stairs. We had done some extensive work and some reddish pink stains appeared on the edge of each step. It was strange because we did not believe we caused the stains. In an effort to please the client we contacted Zerorez and they said they would first come out to see whether they could lift it out of the white carpet. They came out the same day to assist us with this problem. The technician called me when at the clients home and said "yes, I can lift these stains are process. They were able to remove the stains and the WHITE carpet runners on the steps look brand new now. They have a unique way to clean carpets and it does not saturate the carpets with water. I have been accused more than once I am hard to please and I take serious the reviews we offer of other companies. You can not go wrong with Zerorez. Very professional and excellent at what they do.
