Very disappointed. Bedroom has a much stronger odor of urine than it did before zerorez cleaned it. I noticed yellow areas on top of the carpet while the Tech was here and dabbed it with a paper towel. It smelled like urine and was yellow. Tech said it was the chemical he used. Stains in basement are still there. $330 wasted.

The carpets are clean with no residue or soap smell. Stubborn stains are completely removed and the carpets dry faster since more water is extracted.

We pets, I like that no chemicals are used and pet stains are removed.

Some of the stains are now worse/darker than before cleaning. Radio commercials lead you to believe pet smells will be eliminated, but not the case.

The service was prompt and the guy was clean and respectful. The price was great.
