David did an excellent job cleaning our carpet and rugs. He made a 22 year old carpet feel like new, all fluffy and soft! David even got 5 year old stains out of beige carpet! Zerorez rocks!

Our technician ,Dion, was great! Very friendly, efficient, called before coming, on time and did an excellent job with our carpets, sofa and chair...very pleased with this service, wonderful to have our carpets, sofa and chair looking and smelling so good! This is the 3rd time using zerorez...but not our last!

The work was precisely on time, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, and a lovely gentleman, and the work was done beautifully. The carpet is as clean as it was when the installers first put it in, and the actual water they used left the house smelling very fresh. We’re looking forward to using zerorez next year!

We do apologize you experienced that issue during your visit. Our Techs always try to be as careful as possible to make sure drops of water are cleaned (we carry towels on us for that reason), especially on Hardwood surfaces, unfortunately sometimes small drops can get overlooked. We will make sure our Techs are more careful in the future. Please feel free to contact the office and provide pictures of the affected areas. They accommodate my schedule and very professional
The gentleman who did my upholstery and rugs was EXCELLENT. I will be requesting him in particular next time. He identified a rug that was actually silk--I had no idea since it was purchased at a discount store (prob part of a liquidation). I'll be having it professionally cleaned at some point, but thanks to him, it is now moved to a less high traffic/risky area of the house. REALLY appreciated his knowledge!

$12. Also, that a wool rug costs more than a synthetic rug.
Technician did his job well, but wasn't able to remove some grease spots. Not his fault,
solution doesn't work as well as I would have liked.

When I request a certain technician come to clean I would expect that person to show up not a stranger.
We do apologize Ms. Rosenbaum, while we make every attempt to honor the request of our guests, we are not always able to accommodate everyone based on business needs on a specific day. The tech requested was simply not available to provide service so we sent out another one of our wonderful technicians in his place.
