Our technician ,Dion, was great! Very friendly, efficient, called before coming, on time and did an excellent job with our carpets, sofa and chair...very pleased with this service, wonderful to have our carpets, sofa and chair looking and smelling so good! This is the 3rd time using zerorez...but not our last!

The work was precisely on time, the technician was extremely knowledgeable, and a lovely gentleman, and the work was done beautifully. The carpet is as clean as it was when the installers first put it in, and the actual water they used left the house smelling very fresh. We’re looking forward to using zerorez next year!

We do apologize you experienced that issue during your visit. Our Techs always try to be as careful as possible to make sure drops of water are cleaned (we carry towels on us for that reason), especially on Hardwood surfaces, unfortunately sometimes small drops can get overlooked. Awesome experience!!!
I was satisfied with the carpet cleaning--particularly the lack of chemical odor after the cleaning.
However, I did not feel that the tile and shower cleaning was satisfactory. It really didn't look any different/cleaner after the work was completed.
