My carpets look great! Manager Luis Padilla works on the job with his technicians to make sure they meet the high standard of service set by the company. They treat their customers with consideration, are on time, pay attention to detail, and have the friendly manners that go a long way to making Zerorez the only carpet cleaning service I’ll use.
Even though there was 8-9" space under the beds, they weren't cleaned.
We are very sorry that our tech missed the area under your beds, please allow us to send a tech out at no charge to correct the issue and make it right. Please contact the office at your convenience so that we can schedule the visit. It did not appear that the walls of the showers were cleaned. There was still hair/etc on the walls.

Great results, reasonable prices, no chemical smell.
Our carpet was much cleaner and very pleased about that. Care was taken with our things. There were some spots that didn't come out but it may have been that I don't think the carpet had ever been cleaned and they were just too ingrained in the fabric. Thank you.

Consistent and absolutely wonderful customer service. My stubborn elderly bulldog peed as soon as we let him out of the bedroom & our tech got the vacuum out and went over the stain again. Highly recommend!
Thank you for yet another excellent service on my carpet. My carpet is older and had stains and they are gone. It looks clean and is fresher. The gentleman that did the cleaning was professional and attentive to my concerns. He did a truly wonderful job. Thank you and will see you again soon.
