None of the stains came out, and especially not the coffee. Stairs and area rug look the same as before. I'm sure he tried his best.
But the biggest disappointment is that the price quoted over the phone was not the price I paid, which was higher. The tech said they repeatedly undercharged me in the past, that they were giving me a deal. So...is that deal dependent on who comes out to clean my rugs? Perhaps I was given a deal because I've been a loyal customer. You just lost my loyalty.

Raheem was our technician for our home in the Leesburg VA area and he arrived on time and was friendly, professional, and did an outstanding job on all of our carpets! We had a number of bad stains from coffee, magic marker, paint, makeup, and that slime material the kids all play with these days, and 98% of these were removed completely! We really appreciate the company and its attention to details. The communication and customer service is excellent. Again, thank you to Raheem for doing such a great job!
