What do you like about our products and services?

Jarrett Franklin was so efficient and explained the process and also offered suggestions that would optimize my service since I have a dog. He assured me he would treat the existing stains and also suggested a treatment to manage pet accidents in the future. Invaluable information and service. My home feels like new and I can't thank this company enough. A friend referred me and I'm so thankful.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was a reservice appointment. The first technician left a strong chemical residue in our carpets so we requested it be rinsed out. The second technician was not able to rinse out the chemicals and it took over 48 hours to dry even with the use of high powered fans. We are now looked into replacing our carpets because I cannot even go into the rooms the chemicals were sprayed in. At the very least I need a refund.

They were ontime, quick, and the rugs look like new again. All the unsightly spots from our spills and the dog accidents are gone. I couldn't ask for a better job and the price was the best. There three room deal is unbeatable.

Did not put deodorizer on carpets I was charged for and stain did not come out very well on area rug, my little Hoover wet vac does a better job

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Hello,

I am extremely disappointed with this service and I regret scheduling. I was distracted during the 1 hour service and didn’t realize the horrible chemical smell until after the tech left. We’ve had to leave the windows open all week in very cold weather to try to reduce the fumes, which gave me and my family horrible headaches. I chose this company specifically because the website said no harsh chemicals would be used and no residue would be left. I requested not to use any of the harsh stain removers that were recommended. I suspect the tech uses the same spray bottle to apply stain remover and degreaser (that state they require PPE to apply) at a prior job as he did to apply the basic formula in our home but I can’t be sure what went wrong. I cannot even go into the rooms that were “cleaned.” Essentially the carpet is way worse than before the service and I likely will need to have another company come and attempt to rinse out all the chemicals or attempt to do it myself. The tech was very kind and arrived on time and did the job as expected. I doubt he knew he was spraying strong chemicals all over our home. Maybe better training is required to avoid mixing these chemicals with a solution we were supposed to have applied that the website claims is so safe the tech can drink it? Would warn family and friends away and I regret trusting this company with my carpets, some of which were only a year old and may need replaced now.

We used your service last week and my wife was very pleased with the work. I came back as Jarrett was finishing and all looked good. He explained the drying time and when to use the furniture and rugs .

What do you like about our products and services?

I didn't ask if you move furniture. The tech said no. We have a small light coat rack he would not touch. Tech didn't clean up close to the wall so my husband asked him to redo. As far as cleaning the carpet your company get it much cleaner than any other company. We have every small rooms and with you not moving the furniture, the tech had very little to clean. I feel like we paid too much for the areas he cleaned. I would have to think about the price for such a small area before I paid that price again. I gave him a $20 tip before my husband said the areas around the walls were dry. I would recommend the company for getting the carpet cleaned, but not moving the furniture is rare and one tech. One tech has never come with other companies. Hope this helps

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Technician was very polite, but he was here exactly 45 minutes to clean two rooms, stairs, and two hallways. I didn't think much of how fast it was until I noticed that none of the spots that I pointed out were improved. In fact, I think some look worse. I can't help but to feel you could have done better with a little more effort. I paid $500 for a poor outcome and am not happy.

What could we do to improve?

This was our second time using zerorez. First time was fantastic and that’s why we got the same service a second time - one year later. This time the cleaning was not as thorough and we could still see stains when the carpets were finished being cleaned. The employee commented on how hard the job was. But it was the exact same job the year prior when we had a great experience. I probably won’t use the service again because the cleaning was just not great.

There was still a shadow of a stain left and I was going to be charged another 70.00 for them to come out again, when I had already paid 530.00.
