My carpet did not get a proper vacuuming, even though I paid for it. There is still cat hair. He sprayed the water before "vacuuming." The technician also scuffed up my front door when taking the portable machine out. He let the door slam into it instead of asking me to hold it. I ran over to hold it after I heard it everything banging. Also chipped my paint just after I had the place painted.

Zeroes cleaned the carpets in our entire house yesterday. The representative was awesome. Polite, nice, careful with our house and always asking if what we expected so he could meet our expectations. One day later, the carpets are dry and look great. Our only issue is a musty smell in the master bedroom. We are hoping it clears up tomorrow. So far so good.

I liked the ease of getting an estimate and scheduling the job via the phone and email. The technician was well within the window of time for arrival. I liked the reminders sent by email, text and voice mail regarding the upcoming appointment and before the actual arrival of the technician. He was efficient and orderly All the carpets in my house on three levels were cleaned in two hours and my carpets looked great after the cleaning. All spots were gone and the drying time was about 4 hours. I liked that there was no chemical smell in the air in my house after the carpets were cleaned.
Ah! their pricing was competitive, in fact, their bid was the lowest by a few dollars of all three bids I requested. I definitely would recommend this service; in fact I already have done just that

The stairs were not effectively cleaned. When I pointed out my concern, the tech said it was just shading from the water used to clean and matting. It dried as dirty as before.

Jonathan and Luis were great! Our carpet had not been cleaned for a very long time and new stains appeared the day after the initial cleaning. They came back to eliminate them and we’re very responsive and happy to get it right. Very easy to work with and we will recommend them to all our friends who need help.

I like that Zerorez was able to schedule my cleaning on a weekend; the technician was extremely polite and professional; and Zerorez does a better job than Stanley Steemer, but for less money. The cost alone will keep me coming back to Zerorez!

Received an email confirming date and what to do to prepare for the cleaning. Was told the price, Technician arrived on time and did a thorough job. He was polite and explained what he was doing. Did not try to pressure me for any additional services. I had heard about ZEROREZ on the Jack Diamond morning show several years ago and thought it sounded like a good company to trust to clean my carpets.
