What do you like about our products and services?

Customer for several years, excellent service. Initially used because I have allergies and no scented cleaners are used and focus on dust and mold removal. Also because they pick up my area rugs for cleaning and return them. Excellent!

Not a good job getting stains out of carpeted stairs.

Had carpets and a couch cleaned. Very pleased with technician-punctual and polite. Carpets came out great, however the couch needed a bit more attention. Zerorez promptly came back and made it right.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Service technician was very professional and polite. Unfortunately, I assumed chairs and couch would look better once dried. After they dried, there were spots on the chair (it would have been better to say it could not be cleaned), the couch velvet has a very small tear/spots, and the stripped chair with buttons is oddly wrinkled. Definitely disappointed. Other than that the back of the velvet couch does look better, I can’t tell they were cleaned; instead, they look beat up.

A refund I believe is the only way to make this up - I don’t see how putting the furniture though another cleaning would be a good idea.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The rug did not look much better after the cleaning and had a 'wet mop' odor. Not even the small stains came out and that includes walking traffic areas from just coming in from the outside. The excuse was that no stains even light ones will be able to come out. A professional carpet cleaning company should have some other remedies to get more of the dirt out. I paid for just wet carpets, not clean and fresh smelling carpets.

What could we do to improve?

The technician was very nice and did a good job cleaning the carpet. I wish he had worn shoe covers and put down a tarp over our wood floor. I had grass and dirt to clean up on the floor after he left.

I love the fact that there was no odor or residue after the cleaning of my carpets. I had my sofa cleaned as well and it looks brand new.

What do you like about our products and services?

Our two couches look awesome. They honestly look like they are new. Our staircase looks good too. Cleaning them brings a big of color back plus they look fresh. The rug is older so I was not expecting to see such good results.
