Be clear on pricing before the appointment.
We are sorry to hear you were unhappy with the final price. We try to get as close as we can price point over the phone. Sometimes when we get out to the job additional services are needed that was not discussed over the phone. If you have any questions please feel free to call us at the office anytime. Great service, from booking by phone, to the results on the carpets! Thank you. Luis was great and very helpful, he even answered questions about area rugs we had stained and let us know about the options we had for them. We will book that before the sale ends!

There were spots that you didn't cover at all but it's not your fault since we have the mats down. However, the ground that could cover, you didn't do a good job. There were a lot of corners and edges that the dirty stuff got pushed to and some are you didn't go over at all.

The guy was prompt and got the job done quickly. All the little spots from the dog were gone and it didn't take very long to dry.
