Carpets are very clean
Very disappointed that I have not received the email receipt my operator told me to expect within 10 minutes of his leaving last Wednesday.
Our apologies you did not receive your receipt right away.. Sometimes the receipts that are sent automatically can end up in the spam box. I have downloaded your receipt and sent it to you attached to a regular email. If there is still any problems let us know and we can send you a paper copy via mail right away. Thank You.
Our carpet was not as cleaned as we thought it would be. I understand that some stains were hard to get out, but the commercial made it sound like they could get anything out. All they did was run a wet vacuum over the carpet, there were no extra efforts putting in to getting out the stains. They finished the 2 rooms, hall way, and stairs in under an hour. That's not enough time to do a good cleaning. I thought they would do a better job than I could, but that wasn't the case. Also, they left the carpet completely soaked. It took 12-15 hours to dry, not 5-8 like they told us. Overall, we were not very happy with the work. I would rather pay more and get a better cleaning job.

The convenience of scheduling on line and the prompt responses. Our technician did an excellent job and took his time. He had lots of rooms and areas to cover. We now have clean carpets and were able to get things back in place for a service that same night.

The carpet service was almost 3 weeks ago and the floors continue to look even better than day one!
My carpets were filthy from a houseful of teenagers and I didn't think they could ever look fresh again, sure enough the carpet looks beautiful and just like the commercial states, no residue.

I like the process you use to clean
Basically it was a god experience, and most of the rug got clean. Have a couple of spots that did not clean up well, though, still very dirty. The price is very high for the work done.

Service technician was great—very pleasant and efficient. Loved the results—carpet looked better than when I had moved into the rental unit a year and a half ago.
Upfront pricing was less then stellar. I mentioned four floors with one floor carpeted , stair runners and three area rugs. I added four small chairs and two area rugs and my price doubled. They did a good job cleaning just over priced against competitors I have used in the past, probably about 30% over.

In the past companies pretreated stains and they were not noticeable for weeks then slowly came back. Within hours of your job.... I see stains.
