Prompt and very professional.
The carpet had a lot of stains but now looks great. I hope it stays that way. Jonathan was super wonderful as was Luis last time. Great company, respectful tech's and good product.
Our carpet looks clean and fresh with no heavy cleaning solution smells left behind. Also like your young enthusiastic staff. Jonathan is knowledgeable and gave us good advice and Alex was quick and thorough.
The process from start to finish was professional and courteous. When I called I was given all the information and was scheduled right away. The technician arrived, he was prompt and pleasant. Great service, from booking by phone, to the results on the carpets! Thank you. Luis was great and very helpful, he even answered questions about area rugs we had stained and let us know about the options we had for them. We will book that before the sale ends!

There were spots that you didn't cover at all but it's not your fault since we have the mats down. However, the ground that could cover, you didn't do a good job. There were a lot of corners and edges that the dirty stuff got pushed to and some are you didn't go over at all.
