Service technician was very professional and polite. Unfortunately, I assumed chairs and couch would look better once dried. After they dried, there were spots on the chair (it would have been better to say it could not be cleaned), the couch velvet has a very small tear/spots, and the stripped chair with buttons is oddly wrinkled. Definitely disappointed. Other than that the back of the velvet couch does look better, I can’t tell they were cleaned; instead, they look beat up.
A refund I believe is the only way to make this up - I don’t see how putting the furniture though another cleaning would be a good idea.

The rug did not look much better after the cleaning and had a 'wet mop' odor. Not even the small stains came out and that includes walking traffic areas from just coming in from the outside. The excuse was that no stains even light ones will be able to come out. A professional carpet cleaning company should have some other remedies to get more of the dirt out. I paid for just wet carpets, not clean and fresh smelling carpets.

The technician was very nice and did a good job cleaning the carpet. I wish he had worn shoe covers and put down a tarp over our wood floor. I had grass and dirt to clean up on the floor after he left.

I love the fact that there was no odor or residue after the cleaning of my carpets. I had my sofa cleaned as well and it looks brand new.

Our two couches look awesome. They honestly look like they are new. Our staircase looks good too. Cleaning them brings a big of color back plus they look fresh. The rug is older so I was not expecting to see such good results.

I have an 18 year old carpet and have had many older rescue dogs over the years. The carpet was a mess! After the first visit, the results were incredible. A year later, I just had my second visit and the carpet looks even better. In addition, the office is very careful about making sure that we’re all on the same page about the date and time. Finally, both crews have been remarkably courteous and thorough. I can’t even imagine using anyone but Zerorez to clean... really clean my carpets!

My carpet did not get a proper vacuuming, even though I paid for it. There is still cat hair. He sprayed the water before "vacuuming." The technician also scuffed up my front door when taking the portable machine out. He let the door slam into it instead of asking me to hold it. I ran over to hold it after I heard it everything banging. Also chipped my paint just after I had the place painted.
