I like that you call to give a 30 minute warning of the time you're arriving. The carpets dry in a short time.
First time clients. We were very impressed with attentiveness, courtesy, follow up calls. Jonathan, our service tech, is the type of employee all companies strive to hire. He was prompt and friendly. He gave us tips on carpet care. He has a positive personality that is contagious.
We will use your services again without a doubt.

The service is excellent! The technician arrived ahead of schedule and explained everything he was going to do. He was very cheerful and when I commented on it, he said it was because he loves his job. When the job was complete, my carpet and rugs looked brand new. And you don’t feel a sticky residue when it’s dry.
the tech was on time, called before, went about his work quietly and efficiently. Was very polite and kind. Carpets look great especially pet stains.

The service I received was excellent. The carpet cleaner called me 30 minutes before arriving as promised. He explained the process of cleaning the carpet, how long it would take and how long it would take to dry. He was very nice, kind and professional. My carpet is very old, but after the cleaning it brought it back to a new life. Thank you Zerorez.

The service guys were great. They were very professional and did a nice job. I did notice a few spots had resurfaced after a couple of days. I called the company and they scheduled a follow up to address the spots. The same two service guys came back and did a great job in removing the spots on the carpet.

I am a skeptic by nature and when I heard ads that said Zerorez would make my carpets look like new I thought right. But because I have breathing issues I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use anything but treated hot water. Thought I would give it a try.
Luis who did my carpets was super friendly and totally understanding that my oxygen hose was always in the way. He did a tremendous job and my carpets do look like new! He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. When he was done, he asked me to check his work and see if anything more needed to be done.
I am totally pleased with the service I got and would recommend Zerorez to anyone whose carpets need a thorough cleaning.
