They use hot water only - no pretreating carpets w/ shampoo. There’s no resulting soapy odor and my animals don’t get chemicals on their fur. That would inevitably upset their digestive system and cause vomiting.

We liked the personal touch from the tech and the manner in which he described what he was going to be doing to get our carpets clean. He was very respectful of our time and courtesy after he finished by further explaining the process of the drying time. We would definitely use Zerorez in the future and recommend them to all our friends. The carpets looked great, felt good and smelled wonderful. The service is excellent! The technician arrived ahead of schedule and explained everything he was going to do. He was very cheerful and when I commented on it, he said it was because he loves his job. When the job was complete, my carpet and rugs looked brand new. And you don’t feel a sticky residue when it’s dry.
the tech was on time, called before, went about his work quietly and efficiently. Was very polite and kind. Carpets look great especially pet stains.

The service I received was excellent. The carpet cleaner called me 30 minutes before arriving as promised. He explained the process of cleaning the carpet, how long it would take and how long it would take to dry. He was very nice, kind and professional. The service guys were great. They were very professional and did a nice job. I did notice a few spots had resurfaced after a couple of days. I called the company and they scheduled a follow up to address the spots. The same two service guys came back and did a great job in removing the spots on the carpet.

My rugs are beautiful and soft! Smell completely clean! Your products and services can't be beat! Zerorez lives up to their advertisements! Sammy and Jonathan were delightful, hardworking young men. They answered my questions and went about their work without a problem. I'd have Zerorez clean my carpets again!
Don't claim you can remove Formula 90 by Chemspec residue from carpets. We were very reassured on the phone that this would be resolved and that the manager knew exactly what the product was and how to get rid of it. The smell isn't gone. This chemical is too strong for your product to remove.
