The technician made clear everything he was doing and explained the entire process. He was able to get out stains I never thought would be able to be removed.

Our technician was prompt, courteous and professional. I liked how chemicals aren’t used so there are no heavy fumes after cleaning. Even though our carpeting is old, the cleaning was done well. We will definitely use ZeroRez in the future.

Don't claim you can remove Formula 90 by Chemspec residue from carpets. We were very reassured on the phone that this would be resolved and that the manager knew exactly what the product was and how to get rid of it. The smell isn't gone. This chemical is too strong for your product to remove.

They use hot water only - no pretreating carpets w/ shampoo. There’s no resulting soapy odor and my animals don’t get chemicals on their fur. That would inevitably upset their digestive system and cause vomiting.

We liked the personal touch from the tech and the manner in which he described what he was going to be doing to get our carpets clean. He was very respectful of our time and courtesy after he finished by further explaining the process of the drying time. The service is excellent! The technician arrived ahead of schedule and explained everything he was going to do. He was very cheerful and when I commented on it, he said it was because he loves his job. When the job was complete, my carpet and rugs looked brand new. And you don’t feel a sticky residue when it’s dry.
the tech was on time, called before, went about his work quietly and efficiently. Was very polite and kind. Carpets look great especially pet stains.
From the first phone call to the completion of service at our home everything was A+. Did a great job getting the grey out and Johnny was terrific. The Scotch Guard treatment was reasonably priced. Did take a day and a half to completely dry.
