The tech did a good job on the carpets. The bathroom floor tile cleaning did not reach the walls, so now I need to go around with a toothbrush to match the cleaned tile.

The attention and effort your technician (Alex) demonstrated in cleaning our carpets. I had cleaned our carpets twice in the 29 years since the carpet had been installed. There were many problem areas that I did not believe could be cleaned to the oint that they acually looked clean. Your technician paid attention to my concerns and knew what to do to get the best results. As he finished each area to be cleaned he asked me to review the area and see if I was satisfied with the results. I was really unpressed with the results. Now, after the carpets have dried out completely, the carpets look to be in perfect condition. The trouble areas I was concerned about are gone. The are no stains visible anywhere. Even coffee stains on our staircase carpet are gone. In total we had 3 bedrooms, a huge master suite with large walk-in- closet, hallway, and staircase carpet cleaned.
ZEROREZ gave me a truly fair quote for the job and I will not hesitate in having them come back and clean our carpets in the future. They do and much better job than I was ever able to accomplish cleaning the carpets myself. It took me 2 to 3 days to complete the carpets and I now realize I was just wasting me time.There technician arrived as scheduled and was done in 3 hours, and the carpets look great. I recommend ZEROREZ and for my next service am going to request they send their technician Alex to do my carpets. He really works with you to make sure you are satisfied with the results.
Pay more attention to stains
We are sorry to hear we were unable to get all the stains out. We always try out best, but with stains a lot of different factors come into successfully removing.(Cause of stain, type of carpet fiber, how long the stain has been there, etc) We value your business and would be more than happy to come out again free of charge in attempt to try and go over your areas of concern one more time. Poor results on my wool carpeting. Employees were great and the company tried to make it right, but after three tries, I've moved on.
Excellent products!
The technician, Sammy Fahmi , was very professional and friendly. He explained the zerorez type of cleaning that leaves no residue and did an excellant job. He thoroughly cleaned our carpets without any mess or problems. We were able to move everything back into the bedrooms that evening and the carpets were completely dry with no odor. We would highly recommend zerorez to our friends.

Service was great! From the phone call to the actual service. Luis was very professional, and very approachable. He was there on time, and finished just in time for us to head out to a dinner we had.
