I am a skeptic by nature and when I heard ads that said Zerorez would make my carpets look like new I thought right. But because I have breathing issues I like the fact that Zerorez doesn't use anything but treated hot water. Thought I would give it a try.
Luis who did my carpets was super friendly and totally understanding that my oxygen hose was always in the way. He did a tremendous job and my carpets do look like new! He explained everything that he was doing and why he was doing it. When he was done, he asked me to check his work and see if anything more needed to be done.
I am totally pleased with the service I got and would recommend Zerorez to anyone whose carpets need a thorough cleaning.

Friendly technicians, decent price, quality work
The service technicians arrived on schedule and cleaned the carpet in 1.5 hours max. Each room was cleaned beyond my expectations such that the carpet looks practically new.
I love that they don’t use harsh chemicals.

There wasn't a very high attention to detail regarding one of the items that was cleaned. Several surfaces were missed. Could have been a result of the technician watching videos on their phone during the visit. Not happy but I also don't have the time to have someone come back to fix/redo the service. The other item cleaning met expectations but the residual smell of the cleaner isn't very palatable so I wouldn't say that the service exceeded expectations.

We are very sorry to hear of that experience. That type is behavior is not common of nor tolerable by our technicians. We will be looking into the matter deeper and this incident has already been reported to the Technician Supervisor as well as the Operations and General Managers for additional follow-up. We only wish that you did have the time to come out and re-service you to try to make things right for you.
