The techs are always professional and thorough and very careful as they enter and leave the home. The carpets look great and they are always on time. Oscar was our tech yesterday and he did a great job.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Zerorez was highly recommended by my mom in GA. she was very satisfied with her service. She said the guy did a great job and left her house smelling great, worked extra on tough spots and even gave her some cleaner. My guy however, competed 3 rooms and a hallway and was out in 20 min. House did not smell fresh and still had the same stain that prompted me to schedule in the first place. Maybe nothing you did wrong but maybe I was expecting more than what I feel I could have done myself.

What could we do to improve?

Deliver what you agree to. I requested and confirmed carpet cleaning, vent and dryer vent cleaning. I requested a quote and agreed upon a price. I prepared my home. When the technician arrived he was prepared only to clean my carpets.

I was the last job of his day and it was evident by the time he spent in my home cleaning the areas that needed cleaning.

I’ve used Zerorez multiple times and if this was my first experience, it would be my last.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The carpets were soaking wet for days (even with fans and A/C circulating 24x7) and left a crusty feel when they finally dried. A new stain emerged in the hallway the next day. The only positive was the cleanliness of our tile floor in the kitchen - they have never been that clean!

Fantastic job by your tech Ron. Very approachable knowledgeable, walked me through every step and what it was doing to benefit the life of my carpet. I would give the customer service more than 10 stars if I could.

What do you like about our products and services?

The technician was polite and courteous. He made me feel confident about the work he was doing. We paid extra for the deodorizer to get the urine smell out of the carpets and I’m so glad we did! Smell gone! 2 puppies have been urinating all over my living room and dining room and I feared we would have to live with the smell forever. Nope! The carpets look and smell wonderful! I highly recommend this company!

While I was unhappy the first time around, the second trip was great. I've been hearing your ads on WMAL for some time and heard that my carpets could look almost new again. My expectations to revive my 20 year old carpets as best as they could were exceeded. High traffic areas look almost new. There are several stains that just won't come out, but that is to be expected. We'll have you back!

No matter how bad the stains are you always do a great job! Things that I never thought could be gotten removed were removed. No matter what it is, lipstick nail polish you name it!

My carpets are very soiled and I understand that some stains cannot be removed. But the stairs were soaking wet. I had to use my Bissel to suck the water out. Some of the stains have straight edges indicating that they were not stains at all, but just rushed through. The technician was very friendly and professional, but I am guessing on a schedule.

Very disappointed that I have not received the email receipt my operator told me to expect within 10 minutes of his leaving last Wednesday.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Our carpet was not as cleaned as we thought it would be. I understand that some stains were hard to get out, but the commercial made it sound like they could get anything out. All they did was run a wet vacuum over the carpet, there were no extra efforts putting in to getting out the stains. They finished the 2 rooms, hall way, and stairs in under an hour. That's not enough time to do a good cleaning. I thought they would do a better job than I could, but that wasn't the case. Also, they left the carpet completely soaked. It took 12-15 hours to dry, not 5-8 like they told us. Overall, we were not very happy with the work. I would rather pay more and get a better cleaning job.
