We went over the areas cleaned with a blacklight, and there was still a lot of urine on the carpet. So, though I like the idea of the zero rez, I don't think it really works for dog urine, so I am going back to stanley steemer.

He was courteous and communicative that revealed he has specialized knowledge, education, and training to do his job.
