The one who came to work inside our house never put a mask,when we ask him put it on he refused and said it’s too hot to put on mask and he charge me $240.00 for removing the spots and the spots are still in the same way I need some one to call me and refund the amount of $ 240.00 back to my Visa card my number Phone number removed First name removed my name

The fact that the first dude came out and did a very crappy job. So crappy that the supervisor had to come out and do it right.

What could we do to improve?

I was texted right back the next day (Wednesday) and was at first offered Friday. I explained that that would work except I had a window of time in the afternoon that I was not available (12:15 to 2). I was then offered the next day(Thursday) which was perfect. I was told I would get an email and a call about the window of time. My husband and I cleaned out the rooms that night. I did get an email but did not look at it carefully. I waited and waited on Thursday and finally looked at the email to get a phone number to call and saw that the reservation was made for Friday. ?????? Why was I offered Thursday? Anyway, I told my husband to be ready to come home on Friday just in case and sure enough, Zerorez came while I was gone. I have had you all before and was very happy. Not so much this time.

Zerorez is an amazing and exceptional carpet cleaning service! I can always depend on the incredible and polite detail-oriented staff to make my carpets like-new. I think zerorez did a great job cleaning our carpets. We just bought a house and the carpets were heavily stained. Though the stains did not come out due to them being set in so long, the technician cleaned them to his best ability. Very thankful for the service!

I was so satisfy with the job done on my carpet I was actually lost for words. My carpet had not been cleaned since 2013 now I don’t have to buy new carpet. Thanks to Zerorez (Luis Padilla).

Great cleaning job! The carpets look brand new. My cat is older and has some stomach issues. He occasionally leaves behind his signature on the carpet. All those autograph marks left by my kitty were removed and no odor left behind.

Thank you very much! I have been with ZEROREZ for a few years. I like to clean my carpets every 6 months.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I felt pressured into adding on services. The technician called saying it smells strongly of pet odors (which is doesn't) and how he can't guarantee the stains to come out (there are no stains)... I felt this was all because he wanted to upcharge me. Plus, $32 for 1 walk-in closet is very expensive.
