How did Zerorez disappoint me? I spent $400 and my dirty carpets look no better than before the Zerorez service. Also, I was quoted a price when I set up my appointment only to have the Zerorerz technician tell me that my carpets needed some kind of super-duper treatment for $75 extra per room. I agreed to the extra charge because he convinced me that it was the only way to get the carpets clean. The technician seemed to be in a big hurry and was not inclined to give any special attention to stained areas - just seemed to want to get the job over with ASAP. At one point I had to move some things off the carpet - maybe a 5 minute job - and the technician was in such a hurry that he came close to spraying me with the wand while I was moving the objects. I guess the quicker the job is done, the more money Zerorez makes - quantity over quality. Then, to top things off, Zerorez calls and tells me that they lost my check and that I needed to cancel my check and send a replacement check! Luckily, Zerorez called a few days later and told me they found my check. How do you make things right? I think the only way to make things right is to refund some or all of my money. If my carpets are beyond hope of cleaning, Zerorez should have informed me before proceeding with the work. That way, I would not have invested money into carpets that are apparently uncleanable. I feel I got very little for my money and I'm very disappointed.

Carpet is well clean. Very professional.
I liked the excellent job done.
Overall the cleaning was very good. There are some spots where the solution was sprayed onto the wall where we have had to clean the wall. Other than that minor issue, the tech did a very good job, arrived on time, and was very effective.
The service technicians do a good job and they’re professional. We have used them several times and has been pleased.
Will did a great job cleaning our rugs. He was very respectful and and diligent. He offered other services to us which I appreciated learning about.
The technician was here when he said he would be. He was very professional and did a great job on our carpets. Very personable and friendly. We will use Zerorez again.

This was my second time using Zerorez and it is always amazing to see how clean and soft our carpets come out. All without the use of harsh chemicals and odors.

The one who came to work inside our house never put a mask,when we ask him put it on he refused and said it’s too hot to put on mask and he charge me $240.00 for removing the spots and the spots are still in the same way I need some one to call me and refund the amount of $ 240.00 back to my Visa card my number Phone number removed First name removed my name

I was texted right back the next day (Wednesday) and was at first offered Friday. I explained that that would work except I had a window of time in the afternoon that I was not available (12:15 to 2). I was then offered the next day(Thursday) which was perfect. I was told I would get an email and a call about the window of time. My husband and I cleaned out the rooms that night. I did get an email but did not look at it carefully. I waited and waited on Thursday and finally looked at the email to get a phone number to call and saw that the reservation was made for Friday. ?????? Why was I offered Thursday? Anyway, I told my husband to be ready to come home on Friday just in case and sure enough, Zerorez came while I was gone. I have had you all before and was very happy. Not so much this time.

Friendly, dependable, and efficient. Our rugs are clean and fresh- almost like new, and that's saying a lot after raising two kids on them!

Service was wonderful. The technical was on time a professional. The only issue I had was that he did not have on a mask 😷 during this time.

I don't know if Zeroez is for everybody because I know from previous experience condos can be a bit of an issue.
