I really like Zerorez.
The carpet cleaning product did a very nice job for my situation.
The technician was very careful, efficient and did a great job.
Friendly professional technician. ALMOST completely satisfied. 1.There are a few spots remaining on my carpet which are dark but small. I do think they could have been removed if noticed, but they were missed. 2. Apparently the hose that was brought in knocked against my walls while working, so I had to scrub down dark spots/dirt from all the walls in the hallways and stair areas where the hose bumped it. 3. A small area rug was added to my work order after the technician arrived. I was assured it wouldn't be so wet as to reach the wood floor below. However, it was soaked. I had to take the heavy rug outside to dry, then replace later. 4. Also, I had two chairs cleaned. I trusted the technician to know how to treat them. They are clearly marked to use "S" method. Although I didn't know what that meant, I trusted the technician, but learned later they should not have been cleaned with water. They do not look good after drying, and are streaked.
Your employee, Will, is a very conscientious and outstanding employee. Our disappointment stems from your equipment. One of your hoses sprung a leak that turned into a mess. For the next 45 minutes to and hour I was emptying buckets. My garage was soaked which necessitated removing most everything so that we could remove the water and dry it out properly. I probably worked as many hours, if not more, then Will did. Also, because of the leak the machine was losing pressure which in turn lengthened the amount of time necessary to complete the cleaning. Lastly, even though I lowered the temp. to 68 degrees (hours before Will arrived) as recommended it took too long to dry. I believe this is because your machine wasn't functioning properly and extracting the water as it should. How am I supposed to believe that my carpets were cleaned sufficiently!?!
This isn't an isolated incident. I know from a reliable source that it happened to another customer the day before.

Everything
I paid to have a room cleaned that consisted of a small area with a sofa, and the furniture was not moved. The same thing happened for my upstairs where I paid to have a smaa area cleaned and an area rug lay on the carpet that I wanted cleaned the tug was not movrd to clean the carpet underneath. No deoderizer wad used. I think this was a total rip off. I will never recommend your company to anyone.

Your technician oversprayed onto my oak dresser and now it is marked and stripped the veneer that was on it. Also the tech chipped the bottom of that same dresser. Very sloppy and will never use your company again.

Very thorough and the outcome was wonderful!
Poor service. Did not execute three step process. Vacuuming was not done properly. Stairs were still dirty after vacuuming. I was able to remove lot of hair with my leg.

Always really good customer service and every time they clean our carpets, they come out so good, I am convinced to keep the rugs a little longer!
Everything is super clean and organized when you bring it in and leave. Carpets are left smelling fresh and brand new. Everyone that I interacted with from scheduling to Oscar was kind and informative.

I think the technician did a good job, but I feel like I was upsold. The price I was initially quoted was $240. I ended up paying $537 and to be honest I don’t think the extra charge made that much of a difference with my carpet. I guess I should have asked more about what the normal cleaning entailed—according to the website, it appears to be thorough so I’m not sure what the difference is with the additional charge.
My service tech was very respectful and did a awesome job on my carpets. After each room he asked if I was satisfied which was something I wasn't expecting.

I was very happy with the rug cleaning, but somewhat disappointed in the tile cleaning. Previous companies that have done this for me cleaned them by hand using a scrub brush. Thus, some of the grout, especially in the corners, back of toilet bowl, etc. didn't really get clean as I was expecting. The serviceman was excellent---very polite, courteous and prompt. Thank you for the chance to offer the evaluation.

Like the fact that my carpet looks like new again. They were no harsh chemicals and my carpet wasn't soaking wet. I had a excellent technician who was very knowledgeable about carpet and hardwood floors. Thank you, I'll be using your services again.
