The guy was here all of maybe 10 minutes and the carpet still smells like dog urine. I cannot believe that I was charged $209 for one room when there was a 3-room special for $125. My carpet is still not clean and once it dried, you can tell that it wasn't a good job.

The carpet cleaning was first rate.

Service was quick and efficient ,and it made a noticeable difference.

The stains were removed but the carpet was too wet. By afternoon the next day the carpet was still wet even tho I turned the cooling temp way down. Need to use the high extraction tool on the final pass. Leave the carpet semi dry. It wasn't.

I had heard about Zerorez on the radio and how different the process was from others available. I am very impressed with the results, how well the carpets were cleaned and the lack of residue. I think the visit from your company recently was my second or third. It had been two years, so I was overdue. Ron was my technician and he did not disappoint. He brought this old carpeting back to life. I will likely be replacing much of it within the next year, but I am so happy with the results. Ron very courteously called me to give me a time of arrival, which I appreciated. He evaluated what needed to be done and worked very hard. My office in particular was troublesome because of pet stains. The Zerorez treatment really helped a lot! I will have to replace this carpeting "first" because I sadly lost my seventeen-year old kitty about a month ago. I was advised by one of your staff to not have new carpeting installed until my kitty passed away.

Try extra hard to get stains out.

The technician was very polite and respectful. After seeing the carpet, he explained clearly what the cleaning could and couldn’t do. He gave clear and concise instructions on putting the furniture back onto the carpets. He was done quickly with very little disruption to my day.

I was hoping to see more of an improvement in my carpet. But our tech seemed a little more interested in being quick than focusing on tough spots. He was very nice however.
