How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

This was our second time using Zerorez. Last year it was great. This year not so much. The house doesn't smell as clean as last year and the carpets are not as fresh. We are not sure if everything goes paid for was properly done, especially for the increase in price. On a positive note, the tile cleaning was done very well.

What could we do to improve?

Zerorez did a good job removing pet stains from my carpet. The total price was more than double the estimate (and they didn't do all of the rooms listed on the estimate). My estimate was for a synthetic fiber rug and it turned out to be a natural fiber rug, so that did account for some of the price increase. Take the online estimate with a grain of salt.

Immediately after the cleaning I had some concerns. I addressed it via text, was responded to promptly, was called to arrange a second visit, was accommodated with an appointment that worked with my schedule, and received a follow-up contact to make sure my concerns were addressed. Honestly, what more can a consumer ask for from a company!

Mostly a good job. Tech was terrific. However, the smaller angular attachment was not used on the final third of the job and small streaks of dirt still remain.

Probably too small for zerorez to care about. Enjoy the $395 dollars.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had originally asked for 3 rooms to be cleaned and was told that I would get a extra one for free then added an additional room as well. I asked if I could add an area in the basement (450sf) and the stairs and they said yes. The shock was when the total came to just shy of $600.00 when the original estimate was around $320.00. I completely understand that I requested more to be cleaned but was not expecting the price to almost double. That on top of the fact that the techs finished in just over an hour, when my first cleaning was less space and the tech took almost three hours and had much less square footage to clean, does not make me feel that I received the same level of cleaning this time around. I was also not happy that this time was a traditional steam cleaning but was not told until they arrived.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Will was great, but it's 30+ hours later with the heat on and beautiful weather but the carpets are still damp.

And, the two spots we felt out 1 year old carpet needed 'stains' removed, were unresolved. They looks the same.

I'm not satisfied at all.
