We are sorry that you were not pleased with our service. In this particular case, the need for professional restoration after your flooding could not be determined over the phone. When our technician arrived, he inspected the project and his recommendation was to turn the project over to a restoration company versus a regular carpet cleaning to best meet your needs as a customer.

Honestly, our recent service was extremely disappointing. We used Zerorez in Dallas and our carpets were SOOOOOO clean afterwards, so much so that they looked practically new (even though they were 8 years old). I was so excited to see that there was Zerorez in the DMV and booked them. Our carpets at our new place in the DMV area where we live now which are only 6 months old and not heavily soiled were not very clean after our recent service. It took DAYS for our carpets to get dry, they were sopping wet. Maybe it was a new tech but this was not the level of care or service we have come to expect with Zerorez. Now I am looking for someone else to come back and clean up the mess they left. Total bummer!

Most of the areas do not appear to have been cleaned. The staircase, areas in the basement (not a highly used area), portions of the hallway and one of the master bedroom after a full 24 hours are still saturated!

Every Zerorez person I dealt with was very nice and wanted to do a great job, and now the carpets look great.

The best and only good part of the experience at a #10 rating were the two hard working brothers who came out and cleaned my whole home thoroughly. They were so competent, timely, safe, attentive and courteous. I appreciate them sorting out the confusion made by the receptionist who booked my appointment and pretended that I only requested 2 areas when she knew from my records that I had 5 rooms and agreed over the phone to do the whole thing for a specific price...well I was forced to pay more. But the silver lining was that those two brothers really compensated for any animosity or ill feelings I had for the corporate office. Thanks Kings! You all really did a great job on my carpet and made my day better after that receptionist pretended....well never mind.

Melinda was friendly and helpful when making the appointment. She also asked the manager for help to price our job in the most affordable way. Will was on time and did an excellent job on our carpets. He also went the extra mile to make sure the water was wiped up from where it got on the hardwoods which was next to the carpet area he cleaned. (Our last tech did not do this)

Great, fast and friendly service!
I only had one room of carpeting that needed cleaning because of canine usage. The cleaning technician did a good job as most of the area affected has been blended so spots are no longer noticeable.
John was very thorough and organized. The whole process was easy and efficient. We will definitely use your services again.
I believe that your process removed embedded dirt in my carpet, and I appreciate that no harmful chemicals were left behind. But my carpets did not look dirty before the cleaning. The very few spotted areas did not come clean with your process. In addition, the carpet stayed wet much longer than you advertised. I finally had to turn on portable fans to dry things out, particularly on the stairs. I’m ok with what you did. I’ll just try another cleaning method next time. There’s no need for you to do anything further.

Will, the technician, was great! Very pleasant and was careful about contact in this Covid time.He listened to my concerns, spot treated every area that I requested, let me know exactly what the cost would be before he started and how long he would be in my home, and shared a detailed invoice with me after he was finished.
