How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

When requesting the appointment, I asked that tarps be placed under the area rugs to be cleaned so that the wood floor would not be damaged. I also requested that the upholstery on my dining room chairs be cleaned. The technician who came to clean said he didn't have any tarps and told me that the upholstery cleaning attachment he had was broken so I would have to reschedule that cleaning. Very unprofessional. Technicians should come prepared to do the requested work. Also, he wore street shoes throughout the house with no covers on them. While the cleaning was okay the dirty areas were not given extra attention. The technician was very polite but the whole cleaning only took 40 minutes. I would also recommend giving shorter arrival time estimates rather than between 10:30 and 1:30. I waited two hours before his arrival when I could have done other things.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

The first time I had my carpets cleaned by you guys, and you did a great job. I went with someone else the last time who also did a great job and were less expensive, but they left the carpet more wet which I didn’t love, so I decided to call you again this time. The guy who cleaned the carpet didn’t seem to try very hard at all to get any stains up. I explained to him that in the next few months I plan to have the carpet replaced anyway and knew he wasn’t going to be able to get them perfect, but that I wanted them cleaned one more time. I’m not sure if he thought I just didn’t care or if he really couldn’t have done better, but the last company I used did try different stain removers on my he different stains and really did do a better job in that regard. This person just went over the carpets and was in and out.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

1. No follow-up to confirm reservation, reservation was made about a month in advance
2. Product on carpet upstairs was "crunchy"
3. Product used on chair to cleaned did not work.

Overall service was good but product did not work as advertised. I would like a refund on the chair cleaning.

After dark is not a good time for this type of job. There was leek or spill that we had to dry up because the tech didn’t seem to care that there was water all over our hardwood floors. It’s not s job for one tech.

What could we do to improve?

I called after the most recent cleaning because I was shocked that I was charged $60 per spot for stain removal. I recommended that the technician tell the customer upfront what the charge is rather than be surprised. The office credited me for 1 of the 2 stain removal charges and said they would pass on the feedback.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

Very disappointed with the service I had done yesterday at 2910 breezy terrace. I needed 4 rooms done and the guy was finished in 35 min. and the two rooms that had stains on the carpet none of them came out all the stains still there. He offered that I pay $80 more per room for the heavy duty detergent. for what I paid I could of rented a cleaner myself from the grocery store and they would of been cleaner. Not happy and will not recommend your service to anyone.

We were pleased with the overall service and attention we received. We had our kitchen floor cleaned and afterwards called to say we had hoped the grout would have looked whiter/cleaner. You scheduled a second appointment and came back and spent a lot of time and care to get it right. We appreciate the attention to detail and your prompt response to our concern.

What could we do to improve?

The technician who came to our home was very nice and professional. My only complaint was how wet our carpets were after the process. Our stairs soaked our socks 8 hours after being cleaned. One of the reasons I chose zerorez was for the quicker dry time. I do understand from the tech that berber carpet takes longer to dry but when I ordered the service I was still advised we could walk on it after 6 hours we found that not to be the case.

We recommend a longer drying time for Berber carpet as you mentioned, and it is greatly dependent on air circulation as well. We estimate anywhere between 6 - 8 hours for carpet to dry, especially in basements where there is little air flow.

How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

You had my rug twice and it looks worse than it did when you took it the first time. It was still dirty when I sent it back & when you brought it back right before Thanksgiving (and after I went through major surgery) it was worse. In my recovery I never got around to calling & asking for a refund so I can pay someone else to get it clean. I still wonder if it’s too late for that; it probably is. After a few years of excellent service, I’ll have to look elsewhere.

My upholstery was cleaned. I paid more than what I was quoted online. My floors were left dirty from the cleaning and my furniture still had food stains that I could easily see and clean myself. I feel like I was ripped off. I want my money back.

Your cost for room carpet cleaning is reasonable. The website makes it seem like area rug cleaning is inexpensive. When the tech came and quoted 4$ per square foot, I was disappointed.
