The downstairs rug on first floor has a huge dark area 4×4 area it looks very ugly. The guy that came had an issue with the quote given to me of 325.00. I explained that zerorez had cleaned these rugs before and they came out beautiful. I am very disappointed 😞.

1. Telephone represenative was so much more than kind in scheduling the service. She was very patient when explaining the services that I asked about.

There were some stains that I was told couldn’t be removed but I cleaned it with carpet cleaner and a scrub brush....
Courteous tech, he called as promised and was on time. Procedure was fast and the carpet was very clean and smelled great!
I already sent an email to you all and explained. Don't move furniture or even a lamp?? don't do doorway to closets or inside closets that are in the room, clean carpet around everything so if you want to rearrange room you can't because the carpet might be dirty!! That makes sense. Charging so much extra if you have a stain, had to watch the technician as he seem to be lax in his work and when he saw my husband he popped over to the stain area and gave it a once over. Shouldn't have to do that kind of supervision if the person is good.
Last time you cleaned our carpets service and cleaning was great, this time no so. Very disappointed. I know my husband would like to have a supervisor come out and look and speak to him but he's been to busy to call so maybe you can reach out. Very disappointed

When Luis came for the preliminary inspection, he said that you would be able to get the stains out. Was not the case. We would have been fine with the truth. One room still has stains but are being charge for a clean carpet. In another room, you still see the walking path. It has a grey tint. Then the house smelled in the end. The technician thought it was leak in his house but could find it. He then said it may be coming from his truck as it was not cleaned prior to him taking it. All in all, disappointed since you had come recommended from a friend.
They came in a timely manner, called when the technician was in route. He was professional and outlined what I needed and gave information for future cleaning.

Melinda was great, the technician was great, the service was great; however, I was VERY suprised w/the final price ~ $700. The quote was o/a $300 to ensure the minimum & as you might expect I was taken aback their on site.

Original estimates over the phone or online are subject to change based on the advice of the technician when he sees the carpet in person due to square footage and levels of soil/staining in the carpet. The technician will always ask for your approval before adding extra services.

Love the ability to make my reservation via the website. Technician notified me before his arrival and was on time and did a walk-through of the job when he arrived at my home. The technician was thorough and completed the work in an efficient manner.
