Make sure the high traffic areas, e.g., entrances and in front of furniture are spot cleaned and shampooed more than one time to give them a "professional looking clean" job.

The Cost of cleaning a spot by spraying the surface and shampooing one time seems a little high if the stain is not able to come out. I know though that there are many reasons stains won't come out though. Mine was because of the type and age of the stain and I understand it, but I wanted to give you a try to get it out. I was hopeful. Thanks for trying.

Ease of scheduling an appointment and technician arrived on time as scheduled. Also, technician was very knowledgeable and skillful with the task.

This was the first time we used Zerorez. I thought your service person was gracious, listened to our concerns and did a great job on our carpets. Our carpets have so far looked really good and so hope this lasts. Other companies make them look clean but then stains resurface later. Will let you know in an update how things look in a few months.

I was able to get an appointment before the weekend on 1 day's notice. Technicians are always so friendly, informative and play with my dogs before starting the work.

Zerorez was so quick to schedule. They were very professional. They did not leave my carpets smelling strong or crunchy.

When Joshua arrived, I showed him a chair in one room and a table in another that I said I’d like to move once areas in those rooms were clean to allow better access to the locations where that furniture sat. However, he didn’t provide that opportunity and just sort of worked around them as best he could.

There was damage to my kitchen and the work was not done well enough - not enough attention to detail. I have had a visit from a manager but the issue is as yet unresolved.

Great cleaner. Very polite, thorough and carpet looks great. The chair was more problematic which he explained yet when it dried, it was still a big improvement. Will definitely use again.

Pricing

The technician was nice and did a good job, but overall I felt like the price was way too high given the result of the floors. I was expecting the grout/tile and the stone floors to be cleaner honestly, for $500+ dollars.

More effort on stains. Some stains did not come up and may have it more was done to them.

Appointments were easy to make and the crew made sure that we were satisfied before they finished the job. They came back when requested to address an additional issue and made sure to explain the care our rug needed going forward.

The cleaning went well. But water was spilled all over my hardwood floors and never cleaned up. And when cleaning carpets and walking to and from the truck outside then back inside shouldn’t you put booties on your shoes?? Other than that, was overall pleased with the service.

my home carpet has been cleaned by Zerorez for the last 4 years (each year) and the last time i was not happy with the job done an called, there offer to do the home again at no charge i felt they were stepping up to make it right and a Mr Luis Padilla looked at the carpet and was very unhappy with what was done and took 21/2 hours to make it perfect and he did.,.! i will stay with Zerorez and there professional level of work and standing behind the name with supporting the customer~ outstanding
