We have used your services many times over the years. We have white carpets and when Paul is done it looks brand new again. This time Paul even got out stains that we thought would never come out. He's always great at his job.
. sPaul has been cleaning my personal needs as well as my clients for YEARS he has always been on time, polite, and is obsessed with wanting to be sure that he not only wants to make sure that he does his job correctly, but is extremely detailed in his efforts. I am a realtor and as I said he has taken care of me as well as my clients for years with great pride. I trust him explicitly. And to show you how comfortable I am with PaulN when he was at my home the other day, I had an appt downtown I needed to get to. My mother in laW,that is 90, lives with us. Paul and I went over the task at hand as usual. My husband was upstairsm I usually am there while Paul is there but I needed to go. I feel very comfortable with Paul, I feel very good about his dedication and professionalism, and know you have a valued employee. I look forwad to seeing Paul everytime and so do my clients!!!!!!! The job was done to our great satisfaction. Germain (? spelling) was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He visually located various stains, asked about each one, and commented on how they would accept the cleaning process. While doing the job he paid particular attention to those areas - and was successful in removing each one! He is a great asset to your company and I hope you can retain him! When we have our own carpets cleaned later in the year we will specifically request him! Coming to the door with a yellow rose is a nice touch and it is still blooming beautifully. Your confirmation call and follow-up calls were also very professional. We are very pleased with your service and have already recommended you to three other people.
One more thing we will commend you on: we made two phone calls when we were looking for this service last week and your company was the best on the phone, by far. The person who answered the phone at ServiceMaster was able to answer ALL my questions, put us on the schedule, told us who to expect and how experienced he was. The other company's phone was answered by a call center, immediately asked for my name and address to put it into their system, and then could not answer any question I asked. She kept saying, "I don't know that - you will have to ask the technician when he arrives. This is just the call center." Very unprofessional and very frustrating. Along with your excellent service, we also thank you for answering the phone with someone who knows what they are talking about!
