I have used your service for years and am always impressed how knowledgeable the service techs are about the various concerns or spots I have on my carpets. They all seem professionally trained and are very concerned about protecting my furniture and personal items when cleaning. I have had Paul, Jermaine, and now Megan (a wonderful new addition to the company)clean my carpets and I highly recommend them all.

Paul is consistent in doing the very best job possible. His goal is to make sure I have an exceptionally clean, look like new carpet before he leaves. I trust Paul to do a good job and he never disappoints me. He always asks if I need cleaning products. Paul even remembers that I like the two bottle cleaning products for inbetween cleanings. Service master has been to our condo three times now. My two cats are keeping you in business!! Jermaine has come all three times, and I find him to be professional, very knowledgeable, with a good sense of humor. My husband and I have been very happy with the results every time Service master has come to help us. Now if I could just get my cats to throw up on the hardwood floors!

I felt very uncomfortable with the representative that came to my home. He was overly friendly in a way that made me ask my husband to remain at the house rather than go to his appointment. When I spoke to the local representative on the phone about this he said he understood. However, rather than apologize, he proceeded to tell that many customers like the rep's extreme familiarity.
