You always do a good Job. Some of your equipment on Vans and Trucks needs better preventive maintenance. I have had several experiences where the equipment was not working properly and caused an unexpected problem for your Techs.

I am always able to get an appointment that is convenient for me. The technicians who clean the rugs are excellent...especially Paul. He has always managed to get out all the spots from my dogs vomiting or other problems. It's nice that the same crew has been around for a few years.

Paul is a very knowledgable and hard working technician.He strives to remove every spot. When he finishes the job,his shirt is always wet with perspiration regardless of the time of year.Whatever the stain might be, I know if Paul can not get it out,then it can not be removed.We have had other techs clean our carpet,but none as thorough as Paul.He is the best!!
