As always, I appreciate the care that Paul takes to be sure that all of the stains come out of my very light-colored carpet. By far, he does the best cleaning job I've ever had and is the most professional That is why I continue to use your service.

Paul is on time and keeps me posted when he is on his way. He does an excellent job trying to clean/restore the damage done by my sweet 15 year old dog until we can replace the carpet. I have used other carpet cleaners and have never felt the best possible job was performed. I feel Paul/ServiceMaster has done the best possible job. I have had carpets and furniture cleaned. We have two dogs in the house!

My technician, Paul. He always does a great job, and I reccommend him to my friends. As always, my carpet looks nearly new. He also cleaned a chair that he said needed badly to be cleaned. Once he was through, I saw how right he had been.

You do a great job. I do, however, just have the downstairs living room that I get cleaned. It has always be $85.00, with the agent discount, however, now you have a $100.00 minimum charge.

Professional and prompt service

Our technician, although very knowledgeable about what he does, was a bit chatty and hesitant to get to work while it was clear that we were in the middle of settling into our new home and just wanted the furniture and carpets cleaned in a timely manner.

Also, we had a mildewy smell leftover after a rug was cleaned. We have sprayed it with Febreeze several times and it seems to be better. I was contacted as a follow up service call so can say that was much appreciated.

Fast, friendly and fairly priced.

It is the best. My carpets are clean again! I have used Service Master In the past and wouldn't use anyone else. The technician new exactly what each stain was and removed them. Also very professional and polite. Very happy with the cleaning. Thank you Servicemaster!
