Removed stains in my carpet that I never thought would be removed! My dog chewed up a bunch of make-up including lipstick, foundation, rouge, eyeshadow --- that greasy colorful stuff was ground in the carpet with some slobber -- my plan was to clean up as much as possible and then buy a rug to lay on top to mask it. The stains were a few months old, I had attempted to spot clean --- however, it cleaned up so well and now no rug is needed! The worker spent lots of time on that area and used some secret products to my amazement -- it worked.

Your service people call before they come and are always on time. Paul Johnson cleans my carpet, and he never leaves unless he knows that I am pleased with his work !
I can schedule the same technician to do my cleaning each time.. Jermaine Dillard has cleaned my carpets and sofa on numerous occasions since 2010. Only once has another technician done it and that was a last minute unplanned change. Jermaine is thorough, attentive to details, knowledgeable about his "products" and a gentleman at all times. He is friendly but doesn't waste time talking. It's amazing to me how well he cleans in a short period of time. I have and will continue to recommend ServiceMaster and Jermaine to others.

Our serviceman, Jimmy Nettles, first called to let us know that was delated in traffic, but he still arrived on time and ready to work. He did a great job, asked us to inspect it and was proud of the job he did. He was very friendly and explained every step of the way. He is an asset for your company. We will ask for him on the next job.
