Jermaine is an excellent technician and always gets my rugs and carpets sparkling clean. Also is very pleasant and accommodating.
Not only was my technician on time he called and asked if he could come early which was great for me. My carpet was a hot mess and he managed to get all the stains out and he was quicker than anyone else finishing up. Then on top of everything else the carpet dried way quicker than the technicain had told me. I will be calling soon to get the other half of my house done soon.

I had PaulJohnston clean my 8 piece sectional sofa last month. He did such a great job, I had him come back this month and clean my carpet. My carpet looks brand new! He did such an amazing job! Scheduling of appointments is always easy and prompt- Seems like I speak to Chantell most of the time and she consistently works to meet our needs and our schedule. Service is great and the cleaning meets and/or exceeds expectations each time ServiceMaster comes to our home. All the personnel at ServiceMaster are pleasant and friendly ALWAYS! I especially cannot praise Jermaine enough -- He is very knowledgeable about his products and his service and is just so pleasant to have in our home!
