I have always liked the extremely polite and hard young men you have sent us. Chris was especially good at getting spots that we thought we would always live with. Shoes are always in covers; polite; personable. I would never even think about going somewhere else. Please send Chris again. I will be cleaning more often now that my family has moved back in. I have been happy with Service Master for many years. I have used them in many of my pesonal homes and referred them to many home buyers since I am a Realtor and would only recomend my clients to people I personaly have contact with or used for my personal needs.
I always request Paul Johnston, he is a hard worker and I can always count on him for all
my carpet problems. I feel he is a great assit to your company. I have a home in NC also
and use Service Master there, but no Paul. .

Chris was exceptionally good. He performed not one, but two miracles on our contractor-grade nine year old bedroom carpets. We had just bought the house and couldn't afford to replace the dirty and misshapen carpets in these rooms. Not only did he have poor quality rugs with which to work, the environment was similar to a three ring circus. Besides Chris, there were two electricians and a plumber all crisscrossing paths with Chris. Being a consumate professional, Chris did not let it affect his fine work or pleasant attitude one bit. He is a great asset to your company. I would highly praise Chris and happily recommend ServiceMaster to all my friends. Thank you for a job well done.
