Paul was wonderful!! our carpets look amazing. I was almost ready to purchase new carpets for all three bedrooms and after he cleaned them they look brand new! I had no hope for them :( I have already been singing the praises of ServiceMaster and Paul!! For us, no one else will ever clean my carpets!

Jermaine did a really nice job on our hardwood floors! He was able to remove some of the light scratches created by our dogs' toenails, and give the floors some new life!

The ServiceMaster employee who came to our house cleaned our stairs and one armchair beautifully (we have SM out to our home yearly). He took extra time to really clean our armchair this year which wasn't done as well last year.

The gentleman arrived on time and was very professional, personable and did a wonderful job i.e he took his time and did a very thorough cleaning; others we have had seem to want to rush and get out as quickly as possible. He also provided me with some good tips for those who have pets and was very knowledgeable about the services he was preforming.
