THE MEN DO THE JOB. THERE WAS ALOT OF WATER IN PORTIONS OF THE BEDROOM CARPET LEFT,HOWEVER,it was dried by morning.

What could we do to improve?

Paul tells waaaaaaay too many long "stories" that are not related to carpet cleaning. He needs to be more sensitive to people's time. He does a nice good but talks waaaay too long. Again, nice man with good intentions, but it's not professional to talk so long and not respect people's time.

What do you like about our residential cleaning services?

I loved the fast response from Randy, Denise and Jermaine. The whole experience was wonderful. My daughter had a terrible 24 hr bug and had thrown up on the carpet. After cleaning it the best I could, I still needed it professionally cleaned. I had company coming in town and then I was heading out of town so I really needed the service done the day I called. Randy was very attentive with calling me and promising me that he would have Denise call me in the morning at 10am, which she did. After telling her my problem she promised she would call me right back to see if she had a technician to come out that day. Within a few hours Jermaine was at my door step. WONDERFUL SERVICE ALL AROUND!!!!!!! Thank you to everybody. Sincerely, Natalie Bodie

Prompt service. Carpets are cleaned well in a timely fashion. Knowledgeable technicians. Reasonable cost. Retention of staff so that customer can have same technician for repeat and/or additional services.

Paul has been taking care of my clients and my home for years! I am a real estate agent and I have a long list of vendors that can take care of my clients and friends . I always use peope's services first and then refer them to my clients. Paul and service master have ALWAYS done an exceptional job! Oh and Lawton you know I am very fond of you too! Your employee seems committed to offering good advice and great suggestions for how to manage problems in between cleanings and what to do during cleanings to improve the life of the carpet and the overall sense of clean after the initial processs. I needed my carpets cleaned on a last minute notice. Denise was able to work me in to their busy schedule. The service person who did the actual cleaning, Dana Ford did an excellent job. He took the time to protect/cover the bottom of my furnishing before he cleaned. i felt that he did a very thorough job in a timely manner.
