Jermaine Dillard has cleaned my carpets many times. He always calls ahead, is on time, is efficient, thorough, works rapidly and is polite and kind. I ask for him every time. He's dependable to get my carpets clean in a rapid manner. Apparently the solution that is used for cleaning is quite effective and the Scotchgard solution makes later cleaning much easier.
Your tech, Chris, was friendly, communicated well, worked hard, and did a good job !
The service you gave us day before yesterday was impeccable! When I got home from work my wife was over the top satisfied saying,"I thought we were going to have to buy new sofas, but the sofas look wonderful after Chris' work on them." All the spots were removed from the carpets AND the sofas after years of dogs and grandchildren abuse. Chris was efficient, very polite, and we are once again extremely satisfied with ServiceMaster.

EVERYTHING!!! Jermaine came out and shampooed the carpets in 3 different homes (mine, my mother's, and my grandmother's) on Sat, Dec 7, 2013. He did an AWESOME job! He arrived on time (if not maybe a little early), and finished WAY earlier than what we were expecting. He did an amazing job on all three homes. In each home, he told us to expect some of the high traffic areas to still be visible, but once he was done, they all looked like brand new! My home did have some pretty heavy pet stains, and he told me not to expect all of it to come up, and it didn't, but still looks WORLDS better than what it did to begin with. GREAT JOB!!! I would recommend ServiceMaster again and again!

The carpet is very clean no spots and they take there time doing there job also they do a walk threw before asking for concerns for heavy traffic. and also do a walk threw after to make sure you are happy with the job.

Arrived on time. Took the time to spot clean tough places first. Carpet was thoroughly cleaned and looks great. Chris made sure we were happy with the cleaning.
Paul Johnston was the technician sent to clean my 40+ year old chesterfield couch, and to be honest, I wasn't too hopeful that it would clean up perfectly. He worked so hard on the piece, that when he finished, it went from looking like a tan couch with little blue flowers, to a white couch with blue, peach and green flowers!! He explored the proper solution and process to use on the piece, and came up with the best care and process to protect the fabric. He also used such care and caution while working on my hard-wood floors, and everything was spotless and beautiful when he left.
The experience and the results were so much more than I hoped for. Thank you so much for the excellent work!
