The carpets look great and the technician was great, too.
The day after you cleaned our carpet we got a horrible mildew smell ...like the carpet was left to wet I called you said Tyler was going to get ahold of us and come back out crickets. Horrible
The tech showed up on time; he removed a very tough stain, serviced all three rooms within an hour, and left the house clean. Great service.
My carpet looks and smells great after Zero Rez cleans my carpet. The product is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The technicians are thorough, communicative and very professional. I highly recommend Zero Rez! I won’t use another carpet cleaning company!!
tell up front about the $130.00 minimum and the $20.00 water disposal fee so it is not a surprise when tech comes to the house........Have tech show putting spot remover enzymes in tank instead of saying I am going to use a spot remover and then say later oh I mixed it in the tank outside....
While you have good reviews, your customer service is ridiculous!!!! I was quoted and paid for living room, hallway and a chair to be cleaned. The hallway was not done. I have made several calls to get this resolved to no avail. The hallway is only 4ft x 6ft I was last told by Lexi that she would listen to the recorded call and get back with me....still waiting. I left a message with a manager (Ana) and was told I would hear back from her, again....still waiting. I work at a highly rated HVAC company and when we, on the rare occasion, have an unhappy customer we make every effort to make our customers happy and satisfied. Foreign to your company apparently.

Tyler was knowledgeable about the products used and had great recommendations on how to get our carpet looking great. He wasn’t pushy, and was polite and personable throughout his time in our home. He got the job done quick and out carpets looking great! Will definitely be a returning customer

Well my guy Richard did a Fantastic Job. He was knowledgeable, explained everything, and showed me the pet stains Now for a two bedroom apartment the bill is high, but after the job was done it is worth $400.00. I have told my neighbors about this great company, and I told them about your 3 rooms for $99.00.. Richard got out stains I thought wouldn't come up. My guy worked so hard, I wish I had given him a bigger tip. Within 2 1/2 hours my place looked brand new. The bathroom tile came out like it was just put in, It went from a dull yellow to the white that was put in when it was new.
I would recommend this Company for all your Carpet, and Tile needs and if you want a great hard worker who knows his stuff ask for Richard.!!
My carpets were put in, in 2015 and had never been cleaned with three people using the carpet and the shower tile was older like back in the 80s. It came out like new, no stains, vibrant color, and the smell is perfect.

Had my carpet cleaned by zerorez and was more than satisfied. The carpet is 18 years old and after the cleaning it appeared almost new. The service took only about half the time as it had in the past and it dried and was ready to use in less than half the time. I'm more than sold and would use it over other services in a New York minute.

I have always had great service from you. However this last time the person who did my carpets was only here barely 1/2 an hour for three rooms. The living room is still real dirty. I called the same day and 2 times after that and no one has returned my call to come and redo the living room carpet. Very disapointed.

I like that you use no chemicals that build up in my carpets. They stay clean and refreshed for many months after your cleaning! Dustin was spectacular and really so very knowledgeable in explaining various topical treatments and ways that some of your procedures could get the (pet) stains & odors removed. We use you explicitly for all our carpet cleaning needs, and recommend you to all of our friends!

I had the carpets cleaned on a house I was moving out of. The landlord was unhappy with the job done on the stairs, mind you the carpets were old and needing replaced. No amount of cleaning will fix worn out. Zerorez scheduled a no charge return to address her concerns. Thanks for following up.

The last guy that came out was ok but not as wonderful as the first guy. He did a great job but just seemed to hurry through. the last guy was super knowledgeable and very through. I think they are all great but I wish I remembered the other guys name. He was perfect and I would only want him again. I appreciate your work and think you guys do a great job. We will use you again. I hope you post more radio certificates.

My couch and arm chairs were only cleaned as they sat (not the sides or underside).
