The technician was great - friendly, apologetic for the initial sprayer blowing out 1/5 of my house's electricity - that's still not addressed yet and my stove can't be used. He called to let me know he was going to be late and when he likely would arrive. He worked hard on cleaning the carpet and checked regularly to make certain I was satisfied - all but with the electrical outage that still has not been addressed.

He worked to get the job done even though he was working at 7:30 pm and beyond. No grumbling from him at all. Delightful young man.

Technician was very rushed and seemed behind schedule. He came at the end of the 4-hour window (around 4 PM) and said he had 2 more calls that day. It was inconvenient for us to have to wait until the end of the day for the cleaning. We paid for 3 rooms to be cleaned, and he said he might not be able to do our stairwell, which was considered a room. That didn't seem right based on what we had paid for. When we returned home the next day, carpet seemed clean in the 2 rooms. However, I could not tell if the stairwell had been cleaned. In the future, we would want to ensure all areas are cleaned.
