The young man who did our service was professional easy to work with.
Rich, the tech who came to the apt. was amazing. Very knowledgeable, professional and courteous. The way you clean carpets works wonderfully, leaving it very clean and fresh. He asked a lot of questions to ensure he was treating the carpet properly. He was prompt and kept everything neat and organized. When he completed, he followed up with additional information regarding what to do after and if I had any additional questions. I am very happy with the way my carpets come out I have been using Zerorez in Eastern WA before I moved here.
My only negative is setting up a time. When I called to schedule, I gave some dates and the rep was courteous and helpful and said appoitments start at 8AM. I said I would take it but woud rush to be there. The rep said, don't worry, they will be coming from Eugene and should be there by 8:30. I rushed over, just in case, and was there by 7:50A. By 8:24 I hadn't heard from anyone so I called in. I asked the status of tech. The rep said they just finished their morning meeting and would be getting their vans ready to head out. So a time of 8-8:30 becomes
9:30-ish.
I understand the need for morning meetings but I would suggest that if you state appointments start at a certain time, people are on schedules and looking to have someone show up at the scheduled time, not an hour later. maybe the scheduling reps need to explain that first appointment can be as eary as 8:30 or as late as 9:30.
The service person did a very good job. Professional. Thorough.
There were a couple of frustrating aspects preceding the actual cleaning. The person my wife made the appointment with, advised we would receive a call the day prior to the cleaning to receive an updated time frame. No call.
I sent an email around 10:00 pm that evening, to ask if a better window of time was determined. No response.
On the day of the appointment, I called to learn if there was an approximate time period in which the service tech would arrive. The lady stated the tech was on another job and would call 15-30 minutes before he would arrive. That didn't help; did the tech have 30 minutes left on the job or 3 hours? There were trips and projects we could have taken care of during that wait time.
I understand an office person that is isolated from a job site cannot provide an exact time, but if they say they are going to call, they should.

My wife and I were very pleased with the end results of the cleaning. We had some very bad pet stains on our upstairs landing and were amazed at the end results after the cleaning. We also had an area rug cleaned in our living room. The side by side contrast of before and after showed just how dirty it was. Last but not least, the service member was very professional and well represented your company.

The gentleman that came out and cleaned the carpets was very efficient and respectable. He was knowledgeable about his craft and that was highly appreciated.
I ordered two carpet cleanings last month at 1920 Chambers St for studio apartments #3 & #5. The tech charged me $118 for one small studio and around the same for the other. I think he was there a total of 10 minutes for both apartments. Neither one was done to my satisfaction. He told me about the canned food drive at the time to pay. I had no canned food on me and he had no time to wait. I was misquoted when I scheduled the cleaning. I was called 48 hours before service to be informed of such. Because these are rentals and I was counting on it being done, I couldn't cancel. I won't use your company again. I was pretty bummed out!

I have had you in the past and was very pleased. I really think when you say 3 rooms for 99 dollars is a way into they home. Then you have to add on the all of the extras to get a really good job. It was going to cost me 313.00 which I can;t afford right now. My carpet just looked like someone had come in and vacuumed. Left streaks I have never seen you leave before. Of course they were little spots that you could have put just a little extra time. After you left I took the cleaner you left and got the spots up. Was not a happy camper. I suggested to someone that you should have a sheet printed up with how much you will charge for every extra thing so you can read it and not try to remember all the stuff that is thrown at you.

The day after you cleaned our carpet we got a horrible mildew smell ...like the carpet was left to wet I called you said Tyler was going to get ahold of us and come back out crickets. Horrible
The tech showed up on time; he removed a very tough stain, serviced all three rooms within an hour, and left the house clean. Great service.
My carpet looks and smells great after Zero Rez cleans my carpet. The product is outstanding and the service is exceptional. The technicians are thorough, communicative and very professional. I highly recommend Zero Rez! I won’t use another carpet cleaning company!!
tell up front about the $130.00 minimum and the $20.00 water disposal fee so it is not a surprise when tech comes to the house........Have tech show putting spot remover enzymes in tank instead of saying I am going to use a spot remover and then say later oh I mixed it in the tank outside....
While you have good reviews, your customer service is ridiculous!!!! I was quoted and paid for living room, hallway and a chair to be cleaned. The hallway was not done. I have made several calls to get this resolved to no avail. The hallway is only 4ft x 6ft I was last told by Lexi that she would listen to the recorded call and get back with me....still waiting. I left a message with a manager (Ana) and was told I would hear back from her, again....still waiting. I work at a highly rated HVAC company and when we, on the rare occasion, have an unhappy customer we make every effort to make our customers happy and satisfied. Foreign to your company apparently.
The gentleman who did my carpets was very thorough and explained everything
We’ve had several different people doing a great job every time. They are always polite and attentive to our needs. We will not use anyone else. Your office people are also very accommodating.
