The technician communicated his arrival time. The cleaning was done in a timely manner, and the results were great!
When your employee arrived after checking the carpet he then told us of all the other things we could have done to the carpet which became overwhelming and the end dollar amount kept climbing. It was frustrating to say the least. In the end we went with the enzyme spray for the pet spots and that left a sticky film on our carpet that we can still feel a week later. We have talked about having to clean the carpet again in order to get up the film left in the carpet.
We were told it could take about 8 hours to dry, it was the next day and the closet took 2 days (with a fan).

The carpet is dry pretty quickly.
Not crunchy and smelled like new. (Except for the few pet urine stains that still are smelly. )
Technicians are friendly, knowledgeable and efficient. Carpets look and feel really clean and stay that way for a long time. Price is reasonable.

The carpet is extremely difficult to vacuum now - like it is stiff from not being cleaned well. It seems it is still dirty. Also, the closet in one of the bedrooms was not cleaned. The carpets were vacuumed prior to cleaning and upon vacuuming today there is lots of debris. As if the cleaning pulled some debris up but didn’t take it out - leaving the carpet dirty.
I feel I should be refunded at least for a closet, at minimum. I have used local cleaners before and have never had this kind of experience and was always happy.
I appreciated the fact that Tyler explained the process, and how he conducted the assessment of the carpet. He worked efficiently and was professional. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone and will contact them again the next time I need my carpets cleaned.

Adam did a great job.
The service was great, and the workers were very polite and knowledgeable. Our carpets are nice and clean. They took care to make sure we were pleased with the work provided.
The only part that we were concerned about was the add-ons. Everything was an extra charge from when I spoke to the office and made the appointment. What started out as a cost around $250 turned into $600. It would be nice if we were told of the additional amounts at the time of the initial appointment so that we would be prepared for the change in the cost.
Other than that we were pleased with the service and will use your service again. We have recommended you to our neighbors too.

This was my 2nd usage of your service & the results were great!
Adam from Zeroez did a good job cleaning my carpets.
You tried to upsell me on unnecessary chemicals to "deep" clean my carpet, and then left spots that I denied the "deep" clean chemicals for. Which I then was able to remove with my store-bought carpet cleaner's hand tool, using only hot water.
220$ to clean my carpets, so clean them. Stop nickel-and-diming people. 15$ extra charge for closets, wow. The walk-in closet only adds 5 or less minutes of labor, never mind the piddly hanger-only closets.
The crew was quick and professional. They really helped target animal smells in the carpet and extract them. I would have appreciated if they could have gone over the high traffic areas a couple more times but I will know to ask for that next time. Otherwise I’m very satisfied!

Carpets look amazing when cleaned even some old stains and they dry so much faster than traditional carpet cleaners.
The carpet had very little difference for all three rooms. The stench did not remove and there are still dark spots. I agreed to additional prep with something stronger to help but very little change occurred. I have used other companies and have had more success.
Very nice technician. Tyler arrived promptly despite the 4 hour window. Carpets smell great.
